The Smarter Choice Consultancy is dedicated to the design, delivery and evaluation of innovative public policy projects

We work with the public sector and third sector on projects and programmes which help people make better choices for themselves, society and the planet.

Our aim is to help create positive social change by supporting the design and delivery of innovative policy interventions. Through robust evaluation and social research we help to monitor the impact of these, in order to build the evidence base for future strategy and investment. We capture emerging best practice so that it can be shared and replicated.

Working at local, regional or national level, we provide specialist expertise in programme management, social research, monitoring and evaluation, process evaluation and stakeholder engagement.

In particular, The Smarter Choice Consultancy has extensive experience in sustainable transport – helping people to reduce their car use and use active travel, micro-mobility and public transport more often.
